OCT was born out of frustration. We were running Google Ads for small businesses and spending hours every week manually matching form submissions to gclids before uploading offline conversions.
We were running performance marketing campaigns for local businesses — plumbers, dentists, law firms — and hitting the same wall every week. The ad platforms would show us leads, but they couldn't tell us which clicks actually turned into customers.
Offline conversion tracking was the answer, but the tools available were either enterprise-priced, required a developer, or needed hours of GTM configuration just to get started.
